New York Fashion Week is back in full swing. Models, designers, and fashion aficionados scattered the city to attend highly-anticipated collections and mingle with the New York creatives paving the way for the future of fashion. We were lucky enough to have some of the brightest stars in the industry in for the Red Carpet treatment to get them prepped and ready for the week’s festivities. Designers Brandon Maxwell, Prabal Gurung, model Hari Nef, actress Adria Arjona, and more stopped by for our signature treatments with glowing results.
We spoke to model Jiashan Liu, who was seen on the runway of Tommy Hilfiger and Alexander McQueen, as well as the pages of Vogue Singapore and Re-Edition Magazine, to see how she felt after prepping with Tracie Martyn. She noticed immediate, visible results and called out our proprietary microcurrent technology which works “to diminish fine lines on the neck.”
For models like Jiashan, fashion week can mean a barrage of product, makeup, and stimulation for the skin, so we asked about her beauty rituals to get a sense of what it takes to glow no matter the backstage chaos.
Jiashan noted that her skin “is quite sensitive, so I try to do the bare minimum.” She sticks to a simple regimen; “simply wash my face, then toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen.” For skin prep before a big project or fashion show, Jiashan loves a deeper cleanse, like our Absolute Purity Diamond Facial, to reset and “refresh” the skin.
After coming in for the Red Carpet Facial, Jiashan left ready for anything. “[The facial] was very relaxing and effective at strengthening and de-puffing the skin.” Thanks to our proprietary Resculptor® machine, which emits a proprietary microcurrent to lift and firm, clients walk out of the spa and directly into events and shows with a youthful, undeniable glow.
