Shipping & Returns
We offer complimentary shipping for all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a $7 flat fee. Orders are generally shipped out the following business day via UPS—and occasionally USPS—but we cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free shipping options.
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $250 via USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping rates for orders under $250 depend on your location, order, and method of delivery. You are responsible for any possible taxes and duties collected in their country—these will not be included in your final payment to Tracie Martyn.
We do not ship to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey because we can not reliably guarantee delivery.
Canceling/Changing an Order
Tracie Martyn is unable to modify any orders after they’ve been shipped. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, please email [email protected] to track the status of your order and determine whether or not you can make any changes. In most cases, orders are processed the following business day and are unable to be canceled if not notified in time.
Returns & Exchanges
We take the utmost pride in creating skincare with only the best, safest ingredients. But if you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to [email protected] with your return request. We'll gladly accept returns within 30 days. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we will not be able to refund shipping charges. We do not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.
