Met Gala 2019 Skincare Prep

Met Gala 2019 Skincare Prep

Our favorite red carpet event of the year has to be the Met Gala (because power capes! Feathers! Optical illusions!), and this year, we felt especially inspired by the creativity of our favorite designers and their muses. During the days leading up to the Met Gala, our expert estheticians were hard at work giving our clients the red carpet glow they covet. We feel so blessed to have worked with such an incredible group of women and men for fashion's biggest night of the year.

Riverdale star Camila Mendes attended her first Met Gala and stole the show in a Prabal Gurung gown. Before the event, she received a Red Carpet Facial and recharged on our Ruby Ray Light Bed for radiant skin from head to toe.

The lovely Emma Roberts (who heard about us through her aunt and our client Julia Roberts) received a skin-firming Red Carpet Facial and enjoyed relaxing on the Ruby Ray light bed. She's a fan of our Face Resculpting Cream, which helps to energize and smooth your skin.

DVF is of course a long-time client of our facials and skincare, and this year, we got the pleasure of also working with her granddaughter Talita (an actual princess!). They looked incredible in dresses of their own design. DVF's favorite product for years has been the Firming Serum.

The practically ageless Naomi Campbell has been a client of ours for years, and her glow has only gotten brighter. She shone in a dress by Maison Valentino—skin by Tracie Martyn!

Uber-talented designer Prabal Gurung and his muse Isha Ambani stopped by for the Red Carpet Facial.

Other Met Gala clients include Hari Nef, Misha Nonoo, Wes Gordon, Julien Dossena, Fabiola Beracasa Beckman, and Hamish Bowles.

Do you have your own big event to prepare for? In honor of the Met Gala, we also launched a limited-time-only Gala Glow package. The two-hour treatment includes a Red Carpet facial with the RedSculpt Radiotightening boost, body or arm treatment (perfect for prepping for a gown!), and the Ruby Ray LED treatment that gives you a full-body glow. If you can't make it in to the spa, give yourself a little at-home facial with the Enzyme Exfoliant mask. A cornerstone of our facials and a favorite of our clients, the turquoise mask gives you an instantly brighter, more youthful-looking appearance.
