The American actress Julianna Margulies got her break in ER as Carol Hathaway and now stars in the legal drama The Good Wife, for which she recently won a Golden Globe. She is 44 and lives in Manhattan with her husband, Keith Lieberthal, a lawyer, and their son, Kieran, 2. Her latest film, City Island, is out on Friday.
